Sea buckthorn berry, rosemary and lemon vinegar shrub

Maceration time: 3 days
- 2 ½ cups of sea buckthorn berries
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 ½ to 2 cups of honey
- 2 cups of lemon vinegar
- Place sea buckthorn berries, rosemary and honey in a mason jar.
- Heat lemon vinegar to a boil and pour over honey, sea buckthorn berries and rosemary mixture. Stir gently.
- Let cool at room temperature uncovered, then refrigerate for 3 days.
