Sauteed rapinis with roasted garlic

Cooking time : 10 minutes
1 bunch of rapinis
2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
45 ml (3 tablespoons) extra virgin olive oil
Fleur de sel
Fresh ground black pepper
— Steam the rapinis for a few minutes to keep them crunchy.
— In a skillet, combine olive oil and garlic. As soon as the garlic starts to color lightly, add the rapinis and sauté for 2 minutes. Be careful not to burn the garlic since it will become very bitter.
— Sprinkle with fleur de sel and pepper.
TRICK — Excellent with any grilled meats.
NOTE — There are never enough greens on our plate. For added flavor, drizzle some lemon juice.
