Deluxe Bloody Caesar

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka 
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) of olive oil mustard, roasted garlic and white balsamic
  • 1 tsp. (5 ml) lemon and white balsamic vinegar 
  • Clamato

Topping:

  • Mediterranean LA BELLE EXCUSE Fleur de sel
  • Poppy seeds
  • LA BELLE EXCUSE Kalamata olives 

You will need a highball glass or a pint.

Steps

  1. Frost the rim of the glass with a mixture of equal parts fleur de sel and black poppy seeds
  2. Add mustard, lemon vinegar and vodka to the glass. Stir with a bar spoon to mix well.
  3. Add ice to the top of the glass and then add the Clamato (ideally chilled beforehand).
  4. Garnish with Kalamata olives.
